COVID-19 Update: Following guidelines from NS Health and boxing Canada, masks are optional. If you feel unwell or test positive for COVID-19, please do not come to the club at that time.

This isn't a trendy fashionable place to see and be seen. This is a non-competitive women's boxing exercise class where everyone works to their personal fitness level. This is a fantastic full body cardio workout in an old school boxing club designed for all fitness levels. The more effort you put in: the better the workout. Heavy Bags, fitness mitts, body bags, shadow boxing, skipping, jumping jacks, sit-ups, footwork. . . it's all here. It doesn't take long to see results in cardio fitness, strength, and endurance.
There is also support for healthy eating that will encourage strength building, balanced weight, and a toned body.

*Wear usual gym attire. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the boxing club can no longer lend gear to boxers. Please bring your own gloves, skipping rope, yoga mat, water bottle, and hand towel. If you do not have your own gloves, skipping rope, et cetera, exercises can easily be adjusted to accommodate. It is also helpful to bring a small personal hand sanitizer.
